Is It's World O'Clock free?

Yes. The converter is free to use and does not require an account. Your city list stays in your browser's local storage. We may show ads (for example via Google AdSense) to help keep the site free—see our Privacy Policy.

Do you use cookies or ads?

Converter preferences use local storage on your device. When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and partners may use cookies or similar technologies. Details and opt-out links are in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Does it handle daylight saving time (DST)?

Yes. Times use IANA time zones through the browser's Intl APIs, so seasonal DST rules apply automatically. Fixed UTC offsets are not treated as the source of truth.

Why is a city missing?

The bundled city index covers thousands of mid and major cities. If you need a specific place, use Contact Us and we can add it when practical.

What do the yellow and white columns mean?

Yellow with a maroon outline is a pinned comparison time. White with a dashed outline is the current hour (“Now”). Day and night bands use softer peach and blue fills.

Can I switch between 12-hour and 24-hour clocks?

Yes. Use the 12h / 24h button in the toolbar. Your preference is saved locally.

Is this an app I have to install?

No. It's World O'Clock is a responsive website you open in any modern browser on phone or desktop.
